New Delhi: Fed up of the societal norms and sexist ideologies that are imposed on women? Here's a wake up call in the form of a short powerful video starring Deepika Padukone, which speaks about the choices that a woman is entitled to.
The short film directed by Homi Adajania, who also directed Dippy in `Finding Fanny`, portays views on women empowerment. The video stars 99 women from different professional backgrounds. It echoes the thoughts of many women, who like in the video, want every little decision regarding their life to be made by them.
``My body, my mind, my choice``, one can hear the leggy lass narrate in the background.
The film titled `My Choice` for Vogue Empower also has Zoya Akhtar and Nimrat Kaur in it.
The video sends out a strong message to the society to let a woman be who she wants to be, that rape is not a woman's fault and that she is not to be judged and is bound to compel you on the way you think.
