Los Angeles: "Furious 7" star Jordana Brewster is the latest actress to join "American Crime Story".
The upcoming FX drama will tell the story of the 1995 OJ Simpson trial from the perspective of the lawyers, according to Entertainment Weekly. Brewster, 35, has been cast as Denise Brown - the sister of Simpson's ex-wife Nicole, who was murdered on June 12, 1994.
The role of Nicole is still yet to be cast, but Cuba Gooding Jr has been confirmed to play the accused.
Other castings include John Travolta as Robert Shapiro, David Schwimmer as Robert Kardashian, Sarah Paulson as Marcia Clark and Connie Britton as Faye Resnick.
"American Crime Story" is a companion 10-part series to Murphy's popular "American Horror Story" anthology series and is currently set to premiere on FX next spring.
