My mom, wife worried about my health: Aamir Khan

Mumbai: Actor Aamir Khan, who keeps losing and gaining weight for his films according to the demand of the scripts, says it worries his mother and wife.
The actor has now gained weight for "Dangal", in which he plays a wrestler, and weighs 95 kg at present.
"I am 95 kg right now and that's enough for the character. My breathing has changed... when I tie my laces, my stomach comes in between. After 20 seconds, I have to (take a long) breath," Aamir told reporters here.
"My mom and my wife are very worried about my health as they feel I am playing with my health. Even I feel the same," he added.
The actor says he will lose weight and will be back in shape once the project is over.
"By December (2015), we will finish the shooting, and in the next five months I will lose weight and then have one more schedule in the month of June, where my character is young. When the film will come to an end, I will be back to the 'PK' look," said the 'Mr. Perfectionist', who flaunted eight-pack abs in "Ghajini".

Aamir Khan to attend grand 'PK' premiere in China

Beijing: A grand premiere of the Chinese dubbed version of Aamir Khan-starrer Hindi entertainer ‘PK’, releasing on May 22, is scheduled for Wednesday. The event will be attended by the superstar himself, along with several of his fans in the region.
The premiere will be held at the Shanghai Art Center.
For the Chinese dubbed version of ‘PK’, the China Film Group has appointed Baoqiang Wang, a popular actor from the region, to dub for Aamir's character -- an alien who lands on earth and questions the prevalence of people's blind faith in godmen.
In a bid to promote the film across the media and fans in China, a cross cultural publicity plan has been crafted where lead actor Aamir, director Rajkumar Hirani and producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and the presenters UTV Motion Pictures, along with international sensation Jackie Chan as well as Wang will be spreading the buzz around the film, said a statement.
‘PK’, which released worldwide on December 19 last year will experience one of the widest releases for an Indian film in China. It will hit over 3,500 screens.

Aamir Khan to visit China ahead of Modi's visit

Beijing:  Bollywood star Aamir Khan will be in Beijing early next week to attend the premiere of the Chinese version of "PK". His trip comes just two days before Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit during which the two countries are set to firm up their ties for joint production.
Aamir, 49, who is the most popular Indian film actor in China thanks to the success of "3 Idiots", will visit Beijing and Shanghai on May 11 and 12 for the premiere with director Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra, sources here told PTI.
The film will release in over 3000 screens in China on May 22. It would be Aamir's first trip to the country and it is expected that "PK" will replicate the success of "3 Idiots".
Famous Chinese comedian actor Wang Baoqiang has rendered his voice for Aamir's alien character in the movie to highlight the comic element. Aamir's "PK" co-star Anushka Sharma visited Beijing recently to attend the premiere of her film "NH10" at the Beijing Film festival.
Aamir's trip comes two day's before Modi's first visit to China as Prime Minister during which MOUs for joint film productions are expected to be signed.
The two countries already have an agreement on joint productions during last year's visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to India.
During Modi's visit a new MOU is expected to be signed between state-run Shanghai film group and Indian film distribution firm Eros to make a film on famous Chinese Buddhist Monk Xuan Zang's 17 year long journey to India in 645 AD.
Modi would kick off his visit from Xian city, the capital of Xi's home province Shaanxi, where the Chinese President was expected to accompany the Prime Minister to the Wild Goose Pagoda built in recognition of the Monk's contribution in popularising Buddhism in China.
The MOU of the film, starring Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming, is expected to be signed at the business and investment get together to be address by the PM during his visit to Shanghai on May 16. The Indian cast may include Amitabh Bachchan.
Both the Shanghai Film Group and Eros are expected to sign an agreement to do more co-productions in the future. Already a movie titled "Kung Fu Yoga" featuring Hollywood star Jackie Chan is being made under the joint production.
